All payment obligations, tuition policies, refund policies, withdrawal policies, late fees, autopay terms, and other financial terms may be governed by separate program agreements, registration forms, waivers, enrollment agreements, invoices, or written policies provided by CNSF.
If there is a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a signed agreement, waiver, enrollment form, or specific program policy, the more specific written policy or agreement may control.
5. Donations
CNSF may accept donations to support our nonprofit mission, programs, students, families, scholarships, tuition reduction opportunities, events, performances, cultural programming, and community initiatives.
Donations may be processed through third-party donation or payment platforms. Donors are responsible for reviewing the donation amount, payment details, and any applicable terms before submitting a donation.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, donations are generally considered voluntary contributions to CNSF and may not be refundable.

Participants, parents, and guardians may be required to sign waivers, releases, consent forms, medical forms, media releases, or other documents before participating in CNSF activities.
By participating in CNSF activities, you acknowledge that dance and physical activity involve inherent risks. You agree to follow safety instructions, studio policies, teacher directions, and program rules.
CNSF reserves the right to deny or limit participation if required forms are incomplete, if safety rules are not followed, or if participation may create risk to the participant, staff, students, families, or community.
