Colorado New Style Foundation is growing, and we are looking for warm, organized, dependable, and mission-driven people who want to help create a welcoming and professional experience for our students, families, and community.
Our team supports dance education, youth development, family engagement, events, cultural connection, and community-based programming in the Metro-Denver area.
We are currently accepting applications for the positions below.
CURRENT OPEN ROLES
Studio Operations & Enrollment Lead
An in-person role supporting front desk operations, enrollment, trial follow-up, family communication, student retention, daily studio flow, and a welcoming experience for students and families.
Location: Metro-Denver Area
Schedule: Approx. 30 hours/week
Availability: Afternoon/evening and Saturday availability required
Pay: $25–$35/hour depending on experience
Language: Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
Dance Instructor Teaching Artist
A teaching role for an experienced, dependable instructor who enjoys working with children and teens ages 3–17. This position supports student growth, classroom structure, confidence, discipline, and a positive dance experience.
Location: Metro-Denver Area
Schedule: Approx. 30 hours/week
Availability: Afternoon/evening and Saturday availability required
Pay: $25–$35/hour depending on experience
Language: Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
