  1. Director of First Impressions and Enrollment :
    Overview: If your’re eager to combine your talents in organization, customer service and creativity with a mission to bring the joy of the arts and culture to more families, this role is for you!

    Key Responsibilities:
    As a key ambassador for CNSF, you’ll play a vital role in building connections, driving enrollment, enhancing marketing efforts, and ensuring smooth operations for our growing community.

    • Engagement & Enrollment
      • Greet every guest warmly, making each person feel welcome and valued.
      • Guide new families through enrollment, showcasing the value of our programs.
      • Celebrate milestones like birthdays to foster meaningful connections.
    • Retention, Growth & Marketing
      • Build relationships with students and families to increase retention and engagement.
      • Collaborate with the studio owner to exceed enrollment and retention goals.
      • Monitor attendance and follow up with families to keep students thriving.
      • Develop and monitor creative marketing efforts to attract new students and reconnect with inactive students through email campaigns, social media, and in-studio promotions.
    • Operations & Leadership
      • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
      • Master our programs and software to manage registrations, payments, and schedules.
      • Improve upon existing or recommend new systems and programs for the better of the whole team.
      • Support special projects like event preparation, inventory, and costume management.

    Position Details:

    • Hours: 20-25 hours/week, including late- afternoons/evenings and weekends.
    • Pay: $19-$23/hour, based on experience.

  2. Position: Dance Instructor (Hip Hop, Jazz, Ballet, and Latino)
    Key Responsibilities:
    A high-energy candidate, a friendly people-person, that is not afraid of talking to parents, students, and meeting new people. Responsible for teaching the designated style of dance classes for children through adult levels. This person should communicate effectively with students and choreograph dance pieces for various events. They will work directly with the studio owners, program directors, and director of enrollment  to retain current students and make sure new students are feeling welcomed and included. This position is part dance mentor, part creative manager, part community-builder and 100% fun!
    Personal Qualifications
    The candidate must consistently demonstrate the following:

    • A pleasant personality, be energetic and organized
    • A strong work ethic
    • A love for children and/or people, be a role model and mentor
    • A strong sense of self and a comprehensive knowledge of CNSF company values and philosophy
    • Be adaptable and flexible
    • Possess high professional and personal standards of work and personal conduct
    • Demonstrate emotional maturity and good judgment
    • Be committed to continuous personal & professional development
    • Possess effective communication skills 

    Successful candidates will:

    • Hold either a degree or professional dance teacher/instructor certifications and qualifications
    • Have at least two years of practical teaching experience
    • Speak English and Spanish 
    • Have a current CBI background check
    • Have a current First Aid Certification or be prepared to obtain

Position Details:

  • Hours: 2-10 hours/week, including late- afternoons/evenings and weekends.
  • Pay: $20-30/hour, based on experience.
