Studio Policies

Studio Policies for Colorado New Style Foundation


1. Scheduling and Attendance:

  • Classes will start promptly. Students should arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time to prepare.
  • Absences must be reported at least 24 hours in advance. Missed classes are non-refundable but can be rescheduled if notice is given in advance.

2. Enrollment and Payment:

  • Enrollment must be completed before the first class. Payment options include:
    • Full Payment: 10% discount on the annual fee.
    • Two Payments: 5% discount every six months.
    • Monthly Payments: 12 monthly payments with no discount.
  • Payments are due on the 7th of each month, and charges are processed on the 8th.

3. Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are not issued for missed classes or cancellations of enrollment. Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be requested in writing.

4. Dress Code:

  • Students must adhere to the dress code specified at the following link: Dress Code.

5. Extreme Weather Policy:

  • In cases of extreme weather, classes may be canceled or rescheduled. Parents must ensure that students bring enough water.

6. Facility Use:

  • Facilities must be kept clean and tidy. Eating is not allowed in the dance rooms, and waste should be placed in the appropriate bins.

7. No Pets Policy:

  • Pets are not allowed in the studio. The exception for service animals has been removed.

8. Behavior and Discipline:

  • Respectful and professional behavior is expected from both students and parents. Any inappropriate behavior will be subject to review and possible disciplinary action.

9. Safety and Emergencies:

  • Follow staff instructions in case of an emergency. A first aid kit is available in the studio for minor emergencies.

10. Data Protection:

  • Personal information of students is kept confidential and used solely for administrative purposes related to the studio.

11. Policy Changes:

  • These policies may be modified at any time. Changes will be communicated to students and parents in advance.
