ABOUT THE ROLE

Colorado New Style Foundation is looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Studio Operations & Enrollment Lead to support daily studio operations and create a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience for our students and families.

This role supports front desk flow, enrollment, trial follow-up, family communication, retention, and overall studio organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support front desk operations and daily studio flow
  • Respond to inquiries by phone, text, and email
  • Follow up with trial students, leads, and enrollments
  • Assist families with class schedules, attendance, and next steps
  • Help keep records, schedules, and systems organized
  • Support events, showcases, and program communication as needed

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a warm, organized, proactive, and dependable Studio Operations & Enrollment Lead to support the daily flow of the studio and help create an excellent experience for students and families. This role is responsible for supporting front desk operations, enrollment, trial follow-up, family communication, student retention, attendance support, studio organization, and day-to-day operational needs. The person in this role will help make sure families receive clear communication, new students are guided through the enrollment process, and the studio feels welcoming, professional, and well-run. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, solving problems, and helping a busy studio environment run smoothly. The right person will be comfortable communicating with families, managing details, following up consistently, learning systems, and supporting both the administrative and community-facing side of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Front Desk & Daily Studio Operations
  • Welcome students, families, adult students, and visitors in a warm and professional way
  • Support the daily front desk flow during operational hours
  • Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming lobby, entrance, bathroom, and front desk area
  • Assist with basic studio needs, supplies, visible information, flyers, and family-facing materials
Enrollment & Trial Follow-Up
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective students and families
  • Support trial class scheduling, reminders, follow-up, and next steps
  • Help families understand class options, schedules, pricing, packages, and policies
  • Follow up with leads, trial students, and new enrollments in a timely and professional way
Family Communication & Retention
  • Communicate with families by phone, text, email, and studio communication systems
  • Support attendance follow-up and flag repeated absences or concerns
  • Help new families feel supported during their first weeks
  • Assist with reminders, updates, and basic family communication related to classes, events, and programs
Systems, Organization & Administrative Support
  • Keep records, schedules, notes, and studio systems organized and updated
  • Use tools such as Google Workspace, forms, spreadsheets, studio software, texting/email platforms, and other systems as needed
  • Help document processes and support smoother workflows
  • Assist with administrative tasks that help the studio run efficiently
Events, Showcases & Program Support
  • Support communication and organization for events, showcases, performances, and programs
  • Help families receive clear information about deadlines, schedules, expectations, and next steps
  • Assist with operational details before and during special studio events when needed

  • Trials, enrollments, and follow-ups are handled consistently and professionally

  • Leadership has better visibility into family needs, enrollment flow, attendance concerns, and front desk operations
  • The studio feels professional, organized, and welcoming during operational hours
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in customer service, front desk, administration, enrollment, education, dance, fitness, childcare, community programs, or a similar environment
  • Strong communication skills in person, by phone, text, and email
  • Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
  • Experience working with families, students, or community-based programs is a plus

  • Approximately 30 hours per week to start
  • Afternoon/evening availability required
  • Saturday availability required
  • Pay range: $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
