Scheduling and Attendance:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Classes will start promptly. Students should arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time to prepare.<\/li>\n<li>Absences must be reported at least 24 hours in advance. Missed classes are non-refundable but can be rescheduled if notice is given in advance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Enrollment and Payment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enrollment must be completed before the first class. Payment options include:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Full Payment:<\/strong> 10% discount on the annual fee.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Two Payments:<\/strong> 5% discount every six months.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Monthly Payments:<\/strong> 12 monthly payments with no discount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Payments are due on the 7th of each month, and charges are processed on the 8th.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Refund Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Refunds are not issued for missed classes or cancellations of enrollment. Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be requested in writing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Dress Code:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Students must adhere to the dress code specified at the following link: <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_new\" href=\"http:\/\/cns-foundation.org\/dress-code-2\/\">Dress Code<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. Extreme Weather Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In cases of extreme weather, classes may be canceled or rescheduled. Parents must ensure that students bring enough water.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6. Facility Use:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilities must be kept clean and tidy. Eating is not allowed in the dance rooms, and waste should be placed in the appropriate bins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>7. No Pets Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pets are not allowed in the studio. The exception for service animals has been removed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>8. Behavior and Discipline:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Respectful and professional behavior is expected from both students and parents. Any inappropriate behavior will be subject to review and possible disciplinary action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>9. Safety and Emergencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow staff instructions in case of an emergency. A first aid kit is available in the studio for minor emergencies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>10. Data Protection:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Personal information of students is kept confidential and used solely for administrative purposes related to the studio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>11. Policy Changes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>These policies may be modified at any time.
