Teens Ballet

Teens Ballet is for ages 13 + years old. This class introduces students to basic techniques of ballet. Ballet skills improve technique, strength, balance, musicality and self-expression. Class will be half barre and half center work. Our Teens Ballet class is a part of our youth program and is not designed for adults. This class does include a performance during the recital season.
